Have We Forgotten How Healthy Feels?
Feeling healthy, truly well from within often means we don’t seek those tell-tale ‘quick fixes’, the internet shopping splurge of a new foundation, the buzz of a new pair of jeans. We don’t feel the need to seek to improve the outside as much because feeling well from the inside shines through

The Cruel Beast of Motivation
Motivation. A wonder, powerful force for change.
But the frustrating reality is; it often comes in waves, with these waves not always aligning with when you need them. Often you will lie in bed at night, full of motivation for your run/class/healthy eating tomorrow. Then the time it comes to do it, the motivation vanishes & then what?
Enter, our friend consistency.

Is body acceptance really that simple?
I feel like we are selling convenience & marketing has a sneaky way of hiding the gaps of what we need to actively do to be healthy - we simply cannot buy health online. We need to move. It is as simple as that - we are designed to do it, we don’t function well without it

Are we too fussy with movement?
We have spent a good chunk of the last 15 or so years being sold how to move in the ‘correct’ way. We quietly contort our bodies into positions & postures we have been told are the best way to move for fear of injury, doing it wrong, not getting the right benefit & whatever other reason we are sold. I am not dismissing educating & supporting people in learning about their bodies & how they move, but I do worry that we have commercialised natural movement to such an extent we are disabling people from learning what feels good for them & being confident in moving in lots of ways
I think there is a big difference between helping people learn the power of movement vs. trying to teach people to move in the right way. Spoiler alert, there is no right way
