Whether you're joining us for your first class or looking to make movement part of your weekly routine, we offer a range of flexible ways to enjoy Flow Studio. Choose from pay-as-you-go classes, class packs or monthly memberships, with memberships offering the best value for those attending regularly.
Membership Information
All memberships can be purchased and managed through your Instabook account.

New memberships have an initial 3-month minimum term. After this, your membership can be cancelled at any time and will end at the close of your current billing period
Unlimited memberships are designed for regular attendance. We kindly ask that you book mindfully so everyone has the opportunity to enjoy our classes. Frequent late cancellations (within 24 hours) or repeated no-shows may incur a charge in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Directions
You can search ‘Flow Studio’ on google maps or TQ2 8JJ & it will bring you to our car park
As you drive/walk away from the Hele Cross roundabout at the bottom of Barton Hill Road, there is a bus stop on your right (outside the old Herald Express Newspaper now a storage facility)
Directly opposite that there is a lane with lots of business signage & some large metal gates, you will see our sign on the right. Drive/walk down the lane
We are located halfway along the building, up a short flight of steps (look for the Flow Studio sign)
Continue past the steps into the car park and park anywhere before the white line
Please do just come in and wait in the reception area
