A 90 minute workshop designed to equip you with knowledge, tools & information to support you with the menopause - whether you are perimenopausal, post menopausal or yet to experience any symptoms, we want women to feel empowered with working with their bodies & making informed choices with any support they seek.
We will go through what to expect, common symptoms, timescales & importantly what you can do to support yourself through this journey. We will also focus on how movement can be an amazing tool to support your journey & will provide you with some videos to accompany the session
