Energizing Yoga Class
Intention Setting/Journalling Workshop
Plant-based refreshments
Creating journal framework
Closing meditation/breathwork
We will start off with some feel-good yoga, then settle into a discussion around goals/values & why sometimes we struggle to make habits stick & what we can perhaps tweak to do differently
There will be a selection of plant-based light refreshments & then we will take some time to set some intentions & create a structure for how we might be able to use journalling to support our wellbeing
Then we will finish with some meditation/breathwork

Investment for this workshop is £45 & includes a journalling notebook, delicious home-made plant based refreshments, journalling workshop/intention setting & yoga/breathworks/meditation
What to Bring
Please wear comfortable clothing to move in & layers to get cosy during the workshop
Accessibility
The studio is accessed via steps. It is approx. a 50m walk from the car park. There is a unisex WC in the studio. We have the option of chairs if you prefer or sitting on the floor. The yoga is suitable for all levels & we are happy to accomodate any adaptations where we can, please just let us know. We will email a reminder closer to the time & ask for any dietary requirements
