We are excited to be sharing a Festive Little Pause with you; a chance to take a moment for you during the busy festive period

A take on our ever popular Bedtime Vibes, this class is bringing all the soul-warming magic of the festive spirit but in a calm & indulgent atmosphere. We will move through a grounding yoga flow, pause to explore some meditation & then have some time to connect with hot chocolate & festive treats

The investment for this 90 minute session is £20 including hot chocolate & festive nibbles

Open to all levels, including beginners. All equipment provided. All food/drinks will be plant based (please email info@flowphysio.co.uk with any specific dietary requirements). Please come as you are, wearing warm, comfortable clothing including socks (we ask you remove your shoes in the studio please). Blankets are provided but feel free to bring your own

Accessibility: the studio is accessed via steps with a handrail. There is an area for storing posessions etc… It is a short walk from the car park (free parking). There is a WC & kitchen area. We please ask you remove shoes in the main studio & mobile phones are left in the storage area on silent. Details of where to go can be found here
