Join us for a family-friendly yoga class, with Christmassy music, a festive atmosphere & a relaxed, fun chance to enjoy some time with your loved ones

All ages welcome (we will be bringing our 3 year old & 7 month old) - it’s not really about doing the yoga ‘properly’, but having fun together & role modelling taking care of your wellbeing, right alongside them

Babies up to 2 years can share a mat, otherwise please purchase class passes for as many mats you require (e.g. 3 mats if an adult plus 2 children). Any extra people please get in touch to book

Accessibility: the studio is accessed via steps with a handrail. There is an area for storing coasts etc… but we unfortunately don’t have capacity for prams. It is a short walk from the car park (free parking). There is a WC & kitchen area. Details of where to go can be found here
