Are Online Yoga Classes Free?
We offer a free 14 day trial for our studio, giving you plenty of time to explore what we offer for free, from yoga classes, Pilates practices to meditations, fitness, barre & more
From there its a flat fee membership of £15 which offers access to the whole studio with all our online classes. This has no minimum term subscription & is cancellable at any time
Although not free, the value for money of an online class is huge, as for the cost of less than a coffee a week you can access a full monthly workout regime with all the variety & diversity you could need
How to Start Online Yoga / Pilates Classes:
Simply sign up for a free 14 day trial
Grab a yoga mat (or even a space on the floor)
Commit to a time window that feels realistic each day (or even 2-3 days a week), then boundary that time as you would meal times/work etc
You can use our hand week suggested schedule which changes each week to get you started, perfect to introduce the variety of classes we have to offer

Yes! The perfect thing about Flow Connected is that you will soon get to know our Guides, meaning you can relax into focussing on listening to your body, enjoying the variety of classes from your home & making the most of the benefit of dipping in & out of whatever movement practice you fancy in that moment, so if you only have 10 minutes & you want to sweat, you can just search sweat in the library & get moving
