We are delighted to be offering another of our much loved meditation sessions with our dear friend Lynne Roberts. Lynne has been practicing & guiding Mindfulness for over a decade & her 8 week programme was pivotal in my life-path & creating Flow.
This session is open to all. Lynne will offer a guided meditation & share her wisdom in a relaxed, informal group setting.
If you’ve yet to experience one of these sessions, I really do urge you to give it a try.

Please come as you are, wearing warm, comfortable clothing including socks (we ask you remove your shoes in the studio please). Blankets are provided but feel free to bring your own
The investment for this 2 hour session is £15
Accessibility: the studio is accessed via steps with a handrail. There is an area for storing posessions etc… It is a short walk from the car park (free parking). There is a WC & kitchen area. We please ask you remove shoes in the main studio & mobile phones are left in the storage area on silent. Details of where to go can be found here
