We are excited to share our 8 Week Mindfulness Programme with you at Flow Studio.
This wonderful course offers the opportunity to explore finding ease within the present moment, increasing our awareness of finding calm within our busy lives & exploring ways to feel better
The course will be run on alternate Saturdays from Saturday 23rd April (then 7th & 21st May & 11th June). Each session will run for 4 hours following the same structure as our 8 week programme.
Cost £180 per person including course material
