Who are our Studio Guides?

You might usually hear the word ‘instructor’ or ‘teacher’, but we really resonated with the values of using the term guide shared by our training with Strala Yoga. Because we aren’t here to teach you, but guide you; back to tuning into your body, connecting the body to the mind & listening to what feels good for you within a class. It’s more than just a class, we want the benefits to carry you through to how you live your day, feeling capable, connected & healthy

Our guides all bring their own unique style & personality to each class. It’s not just about guiding yoga or Pilates, but bringing our own touch of magic, from our values, hobbies & hours of learning… each guide shares an authentic class but with the same core benefits of offering healthy, inclusive movement in a supportive, friendly environment
