You’ll find Zoe at the studio on Mondays at 7.15pm & Wednesdays at 6pm & 7.15pm

 

A little about Zoe & what brought her to Flow Studio…

I've been teaching Pilates for over 15 years now and met Katie and her beautiful studio about five years ago after just having my son. I absolutely love the variety of personalities I have met during this time and watching the self confidence in their strength and posture grow. I aim to teach to reflect this, ensuring the classes combine energy, flexibility and strength, with time set aside for mental connection and relaxation. I have a very wide imagination, which gives me lots of scope to keep the classes varied and exciting

 I love it when we have a collective giggle over the randomness of things
