A little about Alex & what brought her to Flow Studio…

I started yoga when I was 18/19 to help with anxiety & panic attacks, I fell in love with the way it made me feel & how I could connect with my mind & body in a way I never had done. Over the years I stopped struggling with my mental health & wanted to help others understand their minds & bodies better, giving them the power to help themselves, even just a little bit. I am so grateful I now get to offer my practice & hold space for others

When Alex isn’t guiding she creates the most beautiful, sustainable clothing with her brand Raw Flora

How do you take your coffee?

Black

Dream Day:

Wake up early with a coffee, stumble to the beach for yoga & swim. Explore a new place & have lunch with a view. Then an afternoon of Paddleboard/snorkel/wakeboard… any water activity. Glass of wine watching the sunset & in bed for a cuddle with my pup no later than 9pm
