We love SUP. And we love yoga. So SUP yoga is a dream come true for us. We first started playing around with yoga on a paddleboard around 4 years ago – so we have had lots of time to work out the best way to bring this experience to you. Our aim is for you to get the most from all aspects of the experience – from the yoga to the environment and the equipment to the conditions, we we tailor each class to suit this.
The way we run our SUP yoga classes is via a mailing list notification, so you just need to sign up and then when there is a session on you will receive an email with a link to the online booking. The location varies depending on the best conditions, so we send you a confirmation with all the details specific to your session.
The yoga is feel-good flow, breathing easily through various movements that work well on the water so you can feel safe, relaxed and able to soak in the atmosphere.
We use the latest Red Paddle Co. boards and provide everything you need for the session. We anchor our boards in the sea so not only are you using the latest range of the best boards, but you don’t have to worry about floating off. The boards are inflatable but sturdy, so the surface of the board is comfortable and easy to move around on – perfect for our yoga sessions.
