Bedtime Vibes Yoga & Hot Chocolate

About
This session is all about you. An easygoing yoga flow to wind down the weekend and create some space before the next week begins. A chance to take care of you by listening to your body and moving how feels good to move. We break for a healthy home made hot chocolate and then finish with some mindfulness and relaxation – complete with blankets and cosy socks (please bring along with you!)
 

Yoga & Pumpkin Carving Workshop

About
Think cosy Autumn vibes, spiced pumpkin lattes and gingerbread after a fun and energizing yoga class, followed by releasing your creative flair just in time for Halloween. We will each carve our own pumpkin (all equipment provided) for you to proudly display for the Trick or Treaters, or you can leave it at the studio to welcome our classes! Finished with a warming bowl of home made pumpkin soup… perfect!
 

Yoga & Winter Wreath Making Workshop

This workshop will get you into the Christmas spirit. A chance to move your body with some energizing Christmassy yoga, followed by some festive snacks and mulled wine (or alternative) whilst we learn how to create our very own Christmas wreath to take up and proudly display on your door

 

Family Yoga

What better way to spend time with your children/Aunt/brother or Dad than to share the experience of feel-good, natural movement? Children learn so much from what we do and equally we can learn so much from them. We frequently get asked about running family yoga sessions, so here it is! A 70 minute class which will flow through some fun yoga ‘poses’ as well as some time to breathe and relax, leaving the whole family feeling calm and connected.
The class pack is priced at £15 for 2 people or 3 people, if you want to book for more, please get in touch
 

Yoga for Runners Workshop

About
The workshop is filled with all the good stuff: strength, stretch, control & relaxation. The aim is to get you feeling strong, minimise injury & enhance your running with the help of some yoga. You don’t have to have any experience, you can be wanting to take up running to a marathon runner, an experienced yogi to a newbie.. everyone is welcome to Flow studio.
We will start off with a Strala Strong class to work through some core & strength, then move onto a little workshop of foam rollers/gymballs to look at mobility and stretching, followed by some healthy treats and a bit of a chat about how you can enhance your nutrition with a few tweaks and finally we will finish on a Strala Relax class to combine a bit of everything.

 

Wellbeing Series

Join us for a series of relaxed evenings at the studio, creating space to focus on our wellbeing. Each evening will start at 6.30pm with some easy-going yoga, followed by some healthy vegetarian dishes. We will then move on to our featured talk for the evening, ending with some relaxation with blankets and cushions to rest and breathe.
 

Session 1 – Living with consistency
How to get off the hamster wheel and notice life
A discussion around how we can find ease within our busy lives by aligning with our values, coping with resistance, change and confidence in ourselves
 

Session 2 – Self-Care
How to look after your body like its the only one you have
This week will focus on some techniques we can use to help with our wellbeing through self care, including self massage, pressure points and drawing on the consistency from the session 1
 

Session 3 – Natural Movement
How to move in a way that is sustainable for your body
In session 3 we go back to basics, looking at natural movement and how we can start to notice the way in which we are moving to help improve our wellbeing, reduce pain and feel energized
 

Session 4 – Nourish
How to eat like you want your body to perform
This week will look at what and how we eat and drink and how we can start to make small changes to fuel us positively, drawing on all the elements of the
other weeks

 

Stoke Gabriel to Tuckenhay Paddles

If you haven’t already explored the stunning River Dart then this is a must. The rolling Devon hills and winding river offer spectacular views. This mile paddle will go with the tide, taking us right up to the brilliant Malsters Arms pub. We will hop off our boards, enjoy some delicious food then paddle back with the outgoing tide. There’s plenty of time to explore the river banks and soak in the views

We are really excited to be offering this 6 week programme aimed at teenagers to help deal with stress and feel a little more settled, especially coming into the exam season.
We will be running through some relaxing feel good movements, as well as some fun ‘poses’ to explore and burn off some energy.  The class will then finish with some time to discuss various topics such as relaxation, breathing, nutrition and self-care.

 

Family Yoga

Red Arrows Paddle Experience

We are SO excited to be offering this one off event.  We will be starting off with a basic intro to paddleboard for those who have not yet experienced the joy of SUP.  We will then head out in the bay and soak up the atmosphere whilst watching the Red Arrows display. Light refreshments will be provided.

 

Yoga Nourish Day Retreat

We wanted to combine our passions; healthy eating and healthy movement.  So we are delighted to offer this one day retreat.
The day will start with an easygoing wake up yoga class followed by breakfast which will give you the chance to explore some tasty nutritious home-made granola, giving you energy ready for a forearm balance and ‘pose’ break down workshop, exploring some of the fun movements we flow through during a yoga class.  We will then stop for lunch where we will create our own delicious mix of grains and seeds and a chance to discuss ways to incorporate healthy food choices into your normal daily diet.  We will finish on a meditation practice which will offer a relaxed opportunity to reflect and breathe before heading home filled with good vibe and fuelled with love.

Booking information

  • All our classes, workshops and events are booked via our Fynder platform
  • The booking link will take you to Fynder where you will need to sign up (you can either add your email and create a password or use your Facebook profile if you have one)
  • From here you will then see the studio timetable which will have all the classes and events shown in date order. If you click on the event you wish to book for, it will invite you to add funds
  • Here you select the ‘class pack’ relating to the class (e.g. for the Yoga for Runners class you will need to purchase the Yoga for Runners class pack) and from there you will then be able to book
  • You will then receive an email confirmation and we will be in touch before the event with final details and further information
