Please note that this is our general weekly structure, but at times classes may vary, but will always be right as of the booking platform Instabook (click here to book) and you will always be notified of any amendments to classes via email.

We often run workshops, Pilates & Yoga classes or Mindfulness courses* at weekends.  Get in touch for more details or head over to our events page.

How to Book Your Class

We use a booking platform called Instabook, which offers your the flexibility to book into your own classes.  Classes are purchased in packs of 6 clases (valid for 10 weeks) and 10 classes (valid for 16weeks) or you can purchase Drop In credits. All our workshops and special events are priced independently, which are all listed on the Class Packs page of Instabook.  For more information on how to book, head over to our class booking page.

Where is the Flow Studio?

Flow studio is a dedicted space for our classes (as well as physio & massage). We are located just off Barton Hill Road, TQ2 8JJ. For more information on parking & your visit to the Flow Studio, please read this information sheet.
