Prices

At Flow we pride ourselves on the quality of our service.
All treatments and classes are carried out by an HPCP Registered Physiotherapist.
Our aim is to get you back on your feet as quickly as possible.  We promise that you will never be asked to block-book treatment and only ever pay for what you need, discussing with you what your requirements are, keeping you in control and allowing you to make decisions with our advice and guidance.

 

Payment Method

We accepts cash, cheque, card payment and Paypal for all our clinical appointments.
All classes are booked through our booking platform Instabook which enables you to have full control of all your bookings.
If you are unable to make an appointment or class, please give 24 hours notice for cancellations otherwise you will be charged.
 

Physiotherapy


Initial assessment >(up to an hour) £45
Please note new clients may be asked to pay for their first session in advance


Follow up (up to 30 minutes)  £35

Acupuncture

Acupuncture treatment is offered following a thorough Physiotherapy assessment. This ensures that the most appropriate treatment can be offered and you are carefully screened to make sure acupuncture is safe for you.

* Because we want to make sure that we offer the best possible massage to suit your needs, all first appointments are an hour.  This gives us time to find out a bit more about you and any relevant medical history. 

 

Studio

*We offer a One-to-One Introduction to Pilates classes prior to booking a group Pilates session if you feel you would like to  ensure that you are familiar with the basic Pilates principles, are aware of any adaptations requires to meet your needs and that you feel confident in your technique. 
 
Pre-paid class credits are valid for the period shown above.  This will also show on your Instabook account.  We are unable to offer extensions or refunds for class packs, but you are able to cancel any class bookings and your Instabook account will be credited if the cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the class.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make an appointment or class, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice for cancellations otherwise you will be charged for your appointment.
New clients may be charged in advance for their initial appointment.

 

 

Chaperone Policy

A chaperone is compulsory for people under the age of sixteen and people with special needs. Please click here

Please note that when you sign up to our class booking system, Instabook, you will automatically be subscribed to our Studio Mailing list, which keeps you informed about everything happening at the studio which is relevant to you. Treatment Cessation/Appointment Withdrawal

Like all professions, we pride ourselves on maintaining a professional and safe environment. If for any reason we do not feel we will be able to offer our best service to you, we reserve the right to refuse treatment, withdraw treatment or cease a session at any point.
 

Feedback/Complaints

We always aim to provide the highest possible level of care to all our clients and take any concerns very seriously.

If you feel you have been treated unfairly in any way or you are unhappy with your care for any reason, please let us know so we can aim to resolve the issue as a matter of urgency.

Your complaint will be investigated to find out what went wrong with an aim to resolve the complaint quickly with an amicable solution for both parties.
