Paddle Club

These sessions will last about an hour and are designed to give you the opportunity to get on the water, enjoy the beautiful coastline, whilst building strength, core stability, tone as well as a sense of well-being. Each session will offer advice on technique, training as well as fun games and races.

SUP sessions are offered on a flexible basis (sadly we can’t rely on the British weather), but we aim to get on the water on Tuesday/Wednesday mornings at around 7am and evenings at around 6pm and also at the weekends. If you are interested in coming along, simply send us a message with your name, contact number and any relevant information and we will include you in our SUP Sessions text alert service, so when the sun comes out, get ready to go!

The launching point will vary depending on the tide, weather and wind conditions, so you will receive a message/email with details the time and location.

All equipment can be provided (except wetsuits), we recommend that you have completed your ‘Ready to Ride’ certificate (or are able to demonstrate an equivalent level) as these sessions do not teach the basics of paddling and require a competent level of paddling.
If you can stand but aren’t confident paddling, we also run an Improvers sessions, where we help you refine your techniques and gain confidence.
Please bring with you a towel and a bottle of water.
